Milan fourth, Roma want the title
Last weekend we barely saw more than two and a half goals per match. Interestingly, the whole round went on without any draws. Four away wins and six home wins. This hasn’t happened for a long time but it could change already in this round.
Inter and Juventus lost
Milan earned to celebrate in the great derby, though we got the impression that Inter could have done much more. From the very start Inter played closed and it was obvious that they will settle with a point. Still, by the end of the first half they conceded two goals and had to start attacking. Then we saw that they had no reasons for fear and that Milan defense is very weak when the rivals attack with several players.
Juventus failed against Siena but Juve are already safe on third so they will play the last two matches without motivation. Fiorentina didn\'t do much better at Sardinia against Cagliari.
Roma blew away Sampdoria and used Inter’s failure so now they are only three points and 180 minutes away from the end.
Relegation contenders did very well in the last round. Reggina managed to win the second match in a row and it was against direct rivals. This time the victims were Catania Torino, Parma and Cagliari took the maximum of points also. Losing to Atalanta saw Livorno definitely get relegated though there are some theoretical chances if they win last two matches.
Inter and Roma at home
Title race continues. Inter and Roma will host the midtable sides and they are expected to win easily. Fighting for fourth place, Viola are playing at home against Parma and they must win if they wish to use event5ual failure of Milan or Napoli.
Reggina are up against another relegation contender. This time it will be Empoli and if they win for the third time in a row, they will play relaxed in the last round. Catania are hosted by Juventus who shouldn\'t gamble and we think that they will win easily this time.
Cagliari and Torino are visitors and in case they take at least a point they will be very close to surviving.
Last 180 minutes in Serie A will decide both the title and the Champions League, as well as future Serie B teams.
