Mowbray switched to 4-4-2, with both Bednar and Miller started the match. This change brought considerable improvement and the hosts dominated the opening stages of the match and created several clear-cut chances. Again they failed to score and the team was punished in the second half, when they conceded three goals. WBA continues to play attacking football and their performances are pretty good but due to some poor finishing they failed to pick up more points. Their attacking approach leaves the back line very exposed and they conceded seven goals in the last two games. Considering that first team regular Meite is still injured, their defense will be under a lot of pressure in the match against Newcastle.
