It was one of the rare games where Irpini played good away. They had a 2:0 lead but they also missed a chance to finish the rivals. Triestina got back in the game and took a point. The situation is clear now, each result but a win would lead Avellino to the abyss; they are up against Brescia at Partenio till the end. In the mean time they will travel to Bari. They need at least two wins at home and the fortunate circumstance is that their rivals don’t need points. The pressure is huge, Avellino are the squad that play better at home so they will probably go out of their way to get three points.
