PSV missed their chance to celebrate the title in the last round, when they only drew with Twente at Philips stadium. This week they must win Vitese if they won’t to stop Ajax from taking over the title in the photo finish.

In the last round PSV fans prepared a special show hoping that their favourites will win and secure another title in domestic championship. Instead they feared for a point against Twente. This weekend PSV can’t afford any mistakes since in case they lose Ajax would get hold of the title since they have a better goal margin and they are only three points behind. Vergoossen believes that his side will continue a positive series against Vitesse. Actually, the club form Eindhoven celebrated in the last eight head-to-head duels and by the middle of November the score was 1:0 for PSV.
