The first match on the tournament was between two teams. Current champions had been better, but now, they are with the 50:50 chances in the finals.
Egypt looking ofr 6th title

At the semis against Ghana, Cameroon left hosts with adventage in the midfield and defended with all they had, trying to win on counters. Pfister added freshened Nkonga in right moment, and with great assist by Eto, Nkonga brought them win. All the players put their best on this run to the final. Problem before the final is absence of suspended Bikey, who earned the red card in semis on pretty stupid way. Still, Cameroon have Arsenal defender Song at the bench and youngster will probably replace Bikey in the final.
